it is the FRUITs of the Spirit, not the GIFTS of the Spirit which are the true measure of spiritual maturity. When it comes to the power of the Holy Spirit, God reacts to our faith. But when it comes to preaching the gospel people react most of all to our actions.
The kingdom of God is like flying in an airplane at night. As you look down all you see is darkness, except for the towns. Each town is like a church emanating light into the darkness, and they are able to be seen from above. The goal of the Kingdom is to make it so there is enough “towns” and light to push out the darkness.
Satan preys upon those who don’t know their position in Christ or their relationship with God

Is your prayer life a two-way street or are you the one doing all the talking? Do we as the created shout over the Creator, thinking that we are so wise that we can simply throw up our words and walk away.
When we encounter a mountain in our life we have three choices: 1) avoid it 2) colonize it 3) move it
In recommending a book, I am really recommending a person. Cameron Conway is well read and theology is more than an academic discipline, it is a way of life for him. “Understanding Who You Are” provides a high level view of what we need to know about God. You will enjoy Cam’s insights and his wit. Enjoy!
